Breakfast
It was freezing we had to sit in our room with our coats on and gloves on the central heating worked but was not on most of the time and there was no heating in the ensuite so the towels and bath mat never dried so it made for an uncomfortable stay couldnt wait to leave.

Good welcome, excellent location with ample car parking. Will be even better next season after the bar lounge is done. I have been staying in Blackpool B&B's since 1975 and I have to rate this one the best to date. Very hard working hosts so 10/10

The hotel is well situated, very close to the centre in a quiet location. There is a nice private car park at the side of the property. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well kept and our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is basic but plenty. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Overall a very nice little B&B perfect for a short stay.
Only 2 small towels in the bathroom and if your child likes hot chocolate for breakfast, come prepared or make a quick run to the convenience store around the corner.
